It's christmas in the dystopia, and none of us will be getting out
alive. We're joined by Eric Nelson to talk Terry Gilliam's
christmas classic, BRAZIL! and after, we talk about our favorite
movies of 2019!
We're all having a blast violently rolling down a hill and smashing
into a wall of ancient computer monitors. It's Dominic Sena's
very-2001 film, SWORDFISH. We're joined by Matthew Tucciarone, of
the Heroes Three podcast and we just want our kids back.
We
return to Swimfans All-Stars, The Wachowskis to show us the true
meaning of cyberpunk in their 1999 watershed masterpiece, The
Matrix. Any jokes I could put here were played out by the year
2001.
This week the boys get really weird with it while discussing
Kathryn Bigelow's 1995 sci-fi noir STRANGE DAYS (written by James
[expletive deleted] Cameron).
The boys suit up in their spikiest cyberpunk gear to visit a future
Washington DC controlled by a fascist cop and his three captive
prophets. It's Steven Spielberg's 2002 dystopian mystery joint
MINORITY REPORT.
